My Story
The body’s ability to heal and maintain good health starts with the food we eat. Having two parents battling Alzheimer’s Disease, I’ve been more conscious of the role of foods and toxins in our bodies.
SD Apothecary is dedicated to harnessing the natural healing properties of Mother Earth. My mission is to provide high-quality, sustainable products that promote wellness and balance. I am committed to preserving the environment and supporting local communities, ensuring that every product reflects my core values of integrity, sustainability, and holistic health.
I have tried everything to achieve and maintain a healthy weight & I’m still figuring it out. I’ve tried Atkins’, Keto, The Zone, and the South Beach Diet. I lost weight with each but it didn’t stay off. It took some time to figure out its about how much you eat (calories in), how much you burn (calories out). and WHAT you’re eating! Am I at my goal weight? Not yet…but we’ve got this! I plan to share everything I learn right here.
